In Ethanol & Alcohol production process, Yinong has developed, either independently or through our collaborations, a number of enzyme products to convert various sources of starch including corn, wheat, cassava, milo/sorghum, potato and rice into sugars that can be used to produce bioethanol and alcohol.
The starches from agricultural products are converted in fermentable sugars with the help of our enzymes. It is our way of helping to overcome one of the biggest challenges of our time and realize the promise of renewable energy.
